The "Square Peg" Quilt is built with a single pattern piece, an equilateral triangle. cut from width of fabric strips cut from a 60 degree ruler. Stack the triangles in vertical rows & sew the rows together, simple as that! No "Y" seams, no hand piecing, no multiple mirror image pieces, just chain-pieced straight seams.
